In this workshop you will learn:
Transitions
How to link sequences
How to swing, flip and move in the hammock
How to use physics to your advantage - ie: how to move smoothly and strongly, in a relaxed way, with the least amount of resistance
Let's have FUN and enjoy the feeling of floating and flying! This workshop with be a playful one full of acrobatics, flips and tricks!
