This class is for confident Aerial Yoga enthusiasts who feel comfortable in the hammock and are looking for the next challenge!

Take at least 4 all-level aerial classes at our studio before signing up for this one. 

You will be learning an advanced aerial routine, while developing your grip, core and balance.
