Challenging class in a good way! Finally an advanced aerial class in the city - you will get sweaty. Definitely have good familiarity and confidence with aerial before attending this class. However, Sara-Grace is very attentive and will demo and walk you through each pose/sequence as many times as you need. So happy to have made it to this class finally and excited to come back!

Wonderful. I've never stretched places that I knew needed stretching. Sara-Grace was very impressive and very helpful! She had tea and ginger cookies also, what a treat! We will be back to see her on Tuesday nights!

This class was just what I needed! Really helped my back pain and afterwards I felt like I had gotten a message. Sara-Grace did a great job helping each of us get use to hanging. At the end of class I did not want to get out of the hammock!

Broke a sweat in this challenging (but fun!) class. This is a moderate to advanced level. Learned a lot of new moves and I have been practicing for a long time. Nice studio! Will come back for sure.

This class was incredibly fun. Many of the fundamental principals of yoga were present but the hammock allows for a deeper stretch and requires additional core work. I loved it!

Amazingly fun and different way to experience aerial play while also releasing spinal compression. Even as someone with multiple spinal injuries, including a herniated L5, I found enjoyment and relaxation and even learned some new postures to help alleviate pain.
